"Store is clean and stocked didn't really have sales staff stay energetic and turnt up"
"Many Stores got men Pandas Long Beach sold out they told me Lakewood Has them too came and saw one dude standing by the register talking to the Manager Brian, everyone knows he selects his family and friends on the shock drops and raffles. I saw other resellers just sitting waiting for me and other customers to leave, saw a staff bring out a orange box and put it by Brian side so I asked if they had any pandas she said they didn’t. Hung out in the parking lot and saw dude that was staring by Brian come out with a bag saw other ppl running into the mall and they were also coming out with bag I asked him if they still had pandas he said they might but they are doing selective selling. He was like you know how Brian Backdoors but you gotta pay. He probably thought I was a reseller cuz of my sneakers. The other manager the African American guy he would not allow this but it was his day off. Cmon Shoe Palace gotta do better"
"I always shop here this is where I got my Bruce Lee fit for a good price they have sales right now"
"I’m still after pandemic processing but I reflect a lot on what good customer service is especially when people are spending money on non essential brand wise shoes. This is the third time I’ve been in this particular store since February 2021 and I must say that each time I said I would never come again but giving people the benefit of doubt because there are rude people and situations that take one out of character however this should not happen when one is an employee in retail of any kind.I say that to say this third time that the customer service was just like the past two times the employees (females) are so engaged in conversation with one another they don’t stop to help the customers, no greeting when you walk in and if they do help you have to first ask them! Then you must make sure they were not engaged in a conversation because they keep leaving you, even acting like you work there and should have knowledge of the store set up, prices and more, with negative facial expression and um statements. The service is horrible and they need to be retrained, stay on the floor ,engage the customers and not one another and set the time for assisting. An elderly lady and a small male child stood in the middle and no one helped them and when she started to walk out the tall blond girls finally says “ can I help you” the lady continues to walk she turn to a co-worker laughs and says bye then and have a fuked up day! Had this been my mother or grandmother she would have been in trouble’! I did however tell her after she saw that I heard and she just proceeded to walk to the back. If this is what shoe palace stands behind then y’all need to close regroup and retrain as you are hiring individuals who don’t put customer service or care first but those that are there with entitlement and small checks!"
"I’m always happy to purchase shoe here but we entered a raffle on a he 6/15/20 they called us the next day saying we won’t we go in today 6/17/20 to collect our new shoes but when we get there we still had to pay. And not once during this whole process did they say you had to do a purchase or payment would still be needed I couldn’t believe it and the guy doing the transaction was like yeah they tell you when you sing up for the raffles he Knew the guy that i was talking about that was handing out the raffle Tickets and said oh yeah he’s been working here for over a year then if he has why didn’t he explain it all he said yeah enter you could win some shoes and a few people where there and not once did he explain the procedure next time if they’re employees have been working there for over a year and are to lazy to explain please put on a print out at the very least I’m more mad about the fact That they explain anything I got my hopes up and my man all I know is I won’t be shopping at shoe palace anymore I was so mad and disappointed and the guy that helped us didn’t make me feel any better about It. he couldn’t even apologize for the misunderstanding they are all young in there and think their s*** don’t stink"
