"I CAME TO THIS STORE TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER, THE ONLY PERSON THAT WAS THERE WAS (JASMINE) SHE SAID SHE NEEDED MY RECEIPT TO PROCESS MY RETURN BUT I HAD THE ORDER NUMBER THAT CAME IN THE SHOES, I TOLD HER I WENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION AT LAKEWOOD MALL TO RETURN MY SHOES BUT THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN SO THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS MY RETURN I ALSO TOLD JAZMINE WITH MY ORDER NUMBER THE LAKEWOOD MALL ALDO WAS ABLE TO LOOK UP MY RECIEPT WITH JUST THE ORDER NUMBER BUT THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN SO THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS MY REFUND. SHE GAVE ME A NASTY ATTITUDE FROM THE BEGINNING AND HER VIBE AND PERSONALITY WAS VERY UGLY AND RUDE. WHEN I ASKED FOR HER NAME SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND AGAIN WITH THE ATTITUDE. PLEASE RETRAIN JAZMINE ON HER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO DO HER JOB AND PROCESS REFUNDS THANK YOU."
