"The worst customer service. The woman at the cashier's desk was so rude to me when I asked for a refund to use a coupon. She kept shaking her head with aggressive behavior, for example, pulling the cloth hard from my hand with an annoying voice and speaking to me with her bad mood. I won't use this store anymore. (from my experience in 2022, forgot to write this then)"

"Horrible!!! On Sunday we went shopping for my step daughter's prom dress and she decided to go into Windsor, they have a lot of nice dresses but the problem was the employees in particular one, first it took us like an hour just to get a fitting room and then wouldn't allow her to take more than 6 dresses into the fitting room, aside from that they only had 4 small dressing rooms for the customers, knowing they had a long line of people waiting to try on dresses they wouldn't open the other dressing rooms. They were just unorganized and the place is small and it was so full that you couldn't even walk.. The older lady was in a bad mood the whole time we were there. After a long long time in Windsor my stepdaughter got a dress "finally" but believe me I will never go back again..."
