"I got a dress for a wedding that was off season but not in their discount section. Purchased for about $100, came home and tried on, noticed the zipper was ripping the fabric at the bottom and the lining was coming apart on two sides of the dress. It was a 'final sale' because it was a dress (?) so I knew they would give me a hassle. I just wanted the dress without tears and holes and came to store to exchange TWO days later for exactly the same. Had to get the manager because I wasn't going to stand for some ridiculous regulation that was NOT customer friendly from the teenage counter girl. The manager got all the other smalls (all that was left) and THEY ALL HAD HOLES AND TEARS. She proceeded to tell me with a straight face that they've had this dress for months and that's what happens when people try it on. No discount, no apology, just a hard time and hassle and all I wanted was to get the same dress with holes I could fix on my own. The manager was rude enough to tell me she would only 'do this' this one time. I said no worries since I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Good thing there are hundreds of other stores with better policies to shop in that want my return money. I would give ONE star but they had some cute pieces. Buyer beware!"
