"Wow. This has to be the worst service I’ve ever had at a Torrid. I was in the Cerritos store for 45 minutes walking around with an arm full of clothes. Not one person greeted me when I came in. Not one person asked if I needed a dressing room. I literally had zero contact with employees. Definitely won’t return."
