"UPDATE It has been 5years since I have been in a boot barn. Yesterday 9/13/23 I went to the new location which is very spacious and nice. I was shocked that I was the one that greeting them as I entered (no one replied) and then as I have my hands full with clothes and boots and was looking lost, no one bothered asking if I needed help. I walked around for a while until I had to go to the front desk and ask about the stalking to try on boots. After a while of me trying on different boots a lady who was racking clothes was very kind and asked if I needed help (FINALLY someone who knows customer service). I hate to admit I forgot her name but she was I'd say in her 30's? The reason I mention this is because most of the staff there is young and clearly have no sense of customer service. When I asked another girl if she can open the dressing room, she went, opened it, I said thank you as she simply walked away! Lol! Everyone just seemed so unhappy! I am thankful for that ONE lady who was very nice. They are lucky I needed some new boots now otherwise I would have just walked out. Their customer service is trash! Boot selection is good. Clothes are nice but they didn't have a good women's hat selection. I ended up ordering a hat from amazon instead. First time here. My boyfriend brought me so I can see their boot selection. Found some really nice ones he ended up buying for me. They had a lot of neat clothes, jewerly and hats and their staff were all so nice! I will definitely return!"

"First time going to this place for a pair of work boots. Natalie was such a helpful representative for this place. Her service helped a lot to find the best boots my job position needs and suitable size for myself. Composite toes a dpuncture resistant. Waterproof was a plus. She saved me a lot of time. Their uniform attire goes well with the cowboy theme. I would recommend this place for some genuine boots, hats and good service. They have a variety of boots for a wrangler."
