"My boots were out of stock, so ordered them. Arrived within 1 week. Drove 30 minutes to pick them up, but the system was down and associates could not accept my PMA voucher. I left the store frustrated but tried again the next day. Called the store 3 times to verify the voucher system was up and running. However, there was NO answer either time. Now even more frustrated, decided to take my chances and drive another 30 minutes to your store. Arrived at the store parking lot where I could see the associates while my phone calls continued to be unanswered. Very unprofessional."

"Listen, I love RedWing, but I refuse to go to this location anymore. The last two times I have been to this store the manager was very rude to me and then to my friend the second occasion. It low key felt like it was because we are females that we got such harsh treatment. If you work at Spacex, just get your reimbursement through the company. Do not try to use your discount in this store, it does not work out and the manager will be quite rude about it."

"Called ahead to make sure boot was in stock. Spoke to Shelby and not only assured boots were in stocks but also held them aside for me. I walked in about an hour later and my boots were already behind the front counter. Don't really see that kind of service in most places anymore. Great job and thank you."
