"Their exchange and return policy is ridiculous I even couldn’t get refund for the damaged clothes. I visited for return in the morning, and staff told me that I should come back when manager is here. So I came back after my work , but I still couldn’t do return. Manager was so rude. It was totally waste of the time and bad customer service. I’ll never come back and I will not recommend this store to my girls."

"Very worst management... I tried to exchange pants that I bought it there a week ago and the way they treated me is the worst part. I don't even care if they don't even exchange but they should know how to deal with customers politely. I don't the girl name .. she answered very impolitely to me. I really hate that place . If you really need good quality clothes ..don't go there .... it's not worth spending your money. The clothes I purchased were the very worst quality product I have ever bought..."

"WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. Why do they hire managers that cannot communicate with their customers? I do not understand! I was there to exchange a top after buying it 2 days before that. The "manager" said "No you cannot exchange, go to the other store." First of all, The receipt does NOT say to go to a specific location to exchange. Second of all, she kept shaking her head no without explaining anything to me. After, she was talking to another employee in her Korean language clearly about me. Do not talk in front of customers in your own language, very disrespectful. I told her I did not want to go to the other store, that is why I went here and all she did was laugh. Disappointed in this kind of customer service. Care more about their money than their customers. Never shopping here AGAIN."
