"Will not be returning to this location. Went in with my girlfriend as she was looking for a new purse and I was looking to rebuy a fragrance, the security guard was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the salesperson sitting at the front did not say a word to us as we walked in, which is fine, however once we started looking at the other items that D&G had on display, not once did the salesperson offer any help to us, but was eyeing us as if we were going to steal something and run away, and kept trying to act nonchalant as he was following us around the whole store. We felt very disrespected by this and we simply left and will not be returning to this store. Do not recommend this store."
"There should be ZERO star for here. Their designers are the soul of their brand products. If the primary designer is a stinker, then this brand is stinky. The AD is not the worst, but their attitude of racism and their letter of apology which likes a serious disclaimer. I am an Asian, and I will throw away my D&G sunglasses which I only have. I will never and ever buy their products!"
"Rude sales people. We were in the area on vacation and knew of my sons wanted a pair of shoes from this store. From the minute we approached the store the saleswoman eyed us like we didn't belong and we were going to rob her. She proceeded to follow us around the store as we looked at the items we were interested in. Never once actually along if we were looking for anything specific or needed any help. Finally after being stalked like a common criminal were left. We called a couple days later before leaving to head home to see if they had the shoes in stock so we could run by and grab them from the store instead of ordering online, which is what I should have preferred after our initial experience. They did have them and we ran by and grabbed them from a pleasant gentleman who apologized for the woman's behavior."
