"Had a fantastic shopping experience here. Jasmine and the rest of the Aritzia team helped me find some great pieces to elevate my wardrobe for a new job. It was the most fun I've had shopping in a long time - made me remember why its actually more fun to go in person than to shop online! I love that this brand has stuff that ranges from casual to more formal but somehow it all kind of goes together. Even the shopping bags are cute. 10/10 retail experience :)"

"My friend and I came into Aritzia and had an exceptional experience. Maddy helped us both decide which size super puff to get, as we were extremely indecisive. I also had so many other questions about other pieces I was interested in, and she was extremely knowledgable about how they fit, what they had in store, and other similar pieces. I will definitely be coming back to shop with her!"

"Nice clothes, generally a bit overpriced. Staff are very clearly paid on commision and will say anything they have to in order to get a sale- even lying. Frustrated as I was interested in a garment that seemed to have a wrinkly texture- I asked the person helping me if that will come out with steaming (or if it was more like linen, which retains a slightly wrinkly look). She said yes it would come out totally smooth with steaming, and that she owned three of that item (implying she would definitely know). Well, I bought it, and the wrinkles don't come out whatsoever with steaming or even ironing the heck out of it. So... now I'm returning it. Waste of time. Also beware that they have a really strange return policy, which involves you HAVING to give your email address to them at the time of purchase- otherwise they claim they will be unable to process a return later. Totally bogus."

"I typically like Aritzia and usually don't return what I have purchased. but I had two garments that I wanted to potentially exchange for a different size. I called the store to see if it was even a possibility before I made the drive and spoke to Nia. She states she could not guarantee anything over the phone as she has to see the garments in person (totally understandable). Anyway, I went in and was greeted by another woman in the register whom stated outright she could not make the return but would ask Nia. Nia came over and clearly wanted to make no effort in helping me. she outright said they probably didn't have another size even if i wanted to exchange. She didn't even make the effort to look for it. I just said forget it and left. It's sad that there was a complete lack of customer service."

"i love this aritzia - all staff are so kind and helpful and it's normally so stressful going into stores seeing workers bugging you every second and not treating you like a human being - i have nothing but good things to say! again staff are so patient and the atmosphere is so great there. maddy is a great part of aritzias staff she is so patient and kind and just a cool person!!! this aritzia can take my money!!!"
