"I have been visited to this store and asked the reps if they can special order for a pair limited stardan shoes. I won't mentioned any name, she wouldn't help and have an attitude that I felt looked down on me. On Thursday, I stopped by and Steven was nice enough that he tried to call the "warehouse" and do special order the pair of interest that have been removed from the official website. Fortunately, he was able to order it. I hope that can pick it up at store today if not Monday. I'm excited. I just hope all sale reps have such attitude like Steven. I'm not just talk sale reps from golden goose but from all department stores. Hope you all don't have to have feelings like I experienced "looked down". I guess nowadays term used is "racist". "Came in to return a pair of Super-Stars that I purchased online because I found them to be too narrow in the toe-box, despite buying my normal size. I worked with Lauryn, who suggested I try a size-up. To my delight, they fit *much* better and even had the same exact style in the bigger size in stock! It was an excellent, efficient experience, and I couldn’t have asked for more. I would totally hire her and will ask for her next time I come in. :)"
