"This was a horrible experience; I would not recommend The Pointe Shop to anyone. We had scheduled a fitting for Christmas Day as the “big present” for our daughter…. We waited for over three hours and Josephine never showed up. We emailed and telephoned but received no response. Very late that evening she finally responded to one of emails, issued an insincere apology and rescheduled for the following day. There was no sincere apology, and the fitting felt rushed. We placed an order despite the experience, hoping it was just a fluke, but no. It took forever for the shoes to ship, only part of our order came, and I had to continue contacting the shop for nearly a month to get the rest of our order. I asked for shipping confirmation and tracking numbers, but it was like pulling teeth. I would not recommend this shop at all."
