"Pray to whatever god you believe in that you don’t run into “manager” Freddy. If you want to see someone with a high school diploma power trip on you, this would be your best bet. He is rude, doesn’t allow a customer to get a word in, continues to interrupt, and is FAR too sassy to be in any customer service role. For the poor service I was given here on not one but now TWO times by Freddy, I will not be returning. Corporate should look into customer service satisfaction under this guy."
