Even if something is not available at their store they'll look at other locations for availability which is always appreciated. "This Vans store has been around forever. I bought my first pair from them in the early 80s. I didn’t know who Spicoli was, just needed the shoes with hearts on them! Now, they have shoes, clothes, hats, socks, bags, and they are packed (socially distant right now of course - we had to wait ten minutes to get in). They have a wide selection, and will call any store to try to help you find those they don’t. Now, stores in the mall sell Vans. But I like going to my neighborhood original."
