"I called and made sure they had the board I wanted, and she double checked. When I got there after driving from SF, it was the wrong board. Total waste of time Girl who worked there didn’t even know anything about surfing, and worse of all didn’t ask someone who knew. I don’t mind if someone doesn’t know about boards, but don’t act like you know and then give the wrong information. Hate when employees make things more complicated for something so simple."

"Love the new wetsuit tech - super flexy and warm AF. Best fitting back zip wetsuit if you have large upper torso / shoulders. Durability slight sacrifice with new enviro-friendly glue or whatnot. Price has increased... otherwise all good"

"Love the variety of items for men, women and kid's. The sunglasses collection is insane so many options!!! They call surf boards, body boards and so many more options. The customer service is always good!!! The store is clean and by far 1of my many places to shop! The bikinis are so cute and good selection!!!"

"Great local surf shop in Santa Cruz. It's a little annoying that they don't have a website since they sold off the O'Neill corporate name, but they still have a great selection of wetsuits, clothing, surfboards, and surf accessories. Friendly and helpful local surfer kids staff the store, and when there's not a pandemic, their Memorial Day and Labor Day parking lot sales are awesome. Definitely worth a visit on your next trip to our Santa Cruz beaches!"
