"Sea Level is a charming shop full of very wearable, well made t-shirts as souvenirs or gifts with Capitola memories. Wide selection of women short sleeve, tanks, long sleeve, sweatshirts, hats & PJs. Men’s t-shirts are all on the wall & there’s a well stocked inventory so there’s several to chose from. There’s also a sales rack and children’s section too. Owner Stacy Branson is very personable and kind, she can help assist with ideas for the whole family. They offer nice gift bags that make it easy to bring back home. I bought the “turtley awesome” PJ pants for my daughter and the funny “Unleash the Kracken” for my sailor friend who loves everything nautical. You’ll have great wearable souvenirs that will remind you of Capitola Beach and the Village!"

"Every time I'm in Capitola with my girlfriends we're not obligated to visit Sea Level but we walk away with new pj's! Went into this shop with my husband and he was impressed with the t-shirt assortment. We'll be back."
"We went in to shop to purchase several t shirts on 8/24. Not greeted at all by employee. We had food that was in a box and in a bag with us. We did not see sign that said no food in store. Sadly we felt very rudely handled. The sales was lost due to this employee. We will not purchase anything more at this store. She called us a “c” word which we had never been called before. In response to yours your employee lied. We were wearing masks. Unbelievable."
"My wife and I walked into this place expecting the prices to be crazy (being so close to the beach)! We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and cost. I don't remember the owners name but she was super friendly. Shirt and Shorts both from there."
