"Great customer service at the cashier desk, able to order a bra in an additional color to be shipped to my home since they didn't have any in stock at the store."

"I sure wish they would stock more products.. could not find any shoes for my son in his men’s size 12. I did find two women staff very helpful but alas, only found a few items that my son liked for casual dress trousers and shirts.. unfortunately, same lack of clothes, shoes in the women’s dept. Update; I have to update this review as I’ve found so many helpful folks working here.. in the cosmetics dept.. one of the clerks was such a help to find my Clinique products. Also wonderful disposition gave me extra samples along with my purchases. Renatte in women’s clothing was of great help as well, she’s a great new addition to this department store. I think if they could get more products at this location, it would be great for our neighborhood, the folks that work there and of course, for the Macys brand:)"

"Really disappointing customer service experience. An employee told me something was available over the phone; I drove 30 minutes to come get it, at which point the manager coldly told me no, it wasn't, without even an apology for the inconvenience. For the prices in this store, I'd expect better quality service."
