"I buy men's clothes and housewares at Ross, occasionally food items they have. Even when theres no sale going on the prices are great. Bought 2 baking pans cheaper than I saw them on Amazon. Just got some $48 sweats for $11.99. A nice jacket for $24.99. Etc... Great deals all the time."

"Two stars earned with low prices. Cleanliness and convenience cost the other three. I count 12 families ahead of me, 15 behind me in a line that reaches to the rear corner of the store. Of the 11 registers at the front of the store, two are staffed. I count five employees sticking racks and two standing at the front wearing Loss Prevention vests. While typing, a third register opened but did not light its placard. Three customers have thrown their unpurchased items in the impulse racks and left out of impatience."
