"I am handicapped & was having a difficult time breathing the dressing room attendant was very polite I had told her on several occasions I was having a hard time breathing I'm on oxygen and live out of town. I had found a few items that I wanted, went to the cashier found her to be extremely rude I wanted a discount for one of my items she said I can get another one for 60% off because one of them was Clarence that couldn't be taken anything off I told her I didn't want anyting at that time. She pushed the close at me , i felt aggressive motion, at that time I was very upset in pushed them back at her and said I do not want anyting she proceeded to get loud and said do not push my hands away I went to the car had a breakdown and cried call the store back and told the lady who I talked which was the dressing room attendant who answered who was very polite that I was not trying to be rude I couldn't breathe she said she would give her my phone number to call me the cashier called me and said that what does your breathing have anything to do with you pushing my hands at that time I had stated I needed to get off the phone I will never shop at this Dress Barn again she was very rude and pushy very poor customer service"

"Clothes were great quality, and the fitting room attendant was good as well However, a sales person was very pushy about signing up for a card because we would get 10% off or so they advertised..after spending 15 mins to sign up for the card, they told us that we will not be able to use that percent off today. And when we asked the cashier how come she scoffed and said "you got the clothes on clearance already" in a nasty tone, I was shocked at this customer service and feel ashamed for dressbarn for hiring such staff. I also felt like my mom was looked down upon due to an accent in her voice. Good place to go if you really need some good quality affordable clothes but are okay with people being pushy and rude. I for one, will not be going back."
