"I'm looking for a couple of baby clothes for a gift in the last few days. I found out that Carter’s has the best selection at a reasonable price. The workers here are attentive and friendly. They offer assistance and give me time to look for what I want without pressure. I love my shopping experience here. The store is well lit and very clean. Everything in the store is displayed very well. The prices are clearly marked. Carter’s is a store I will check out first next time when I am looking for kids or babies clothing. The parking lot is pretty busy. Try to park your car a little away from the building will be easier."

"This is the 2nd time I’ve gone into this location and had received no customer service… or poor customer service. The worker sees me walking towards her at the register and she stills turns away from me when I get there. I went to exchange an item for a bigger size. She said they don’t have the item in stock for an exchange but will order for me online. And that was it. No “Thank you” or “have a good day”. As I was shopping around the store, I noticed no one was really helpful or seem like they wanted to work there today. I thought the first time I was here, it was just that one worker having a bad day but I guess everyone here is just not that helpful. That can kill someone’s vibe. This is why I hate going into this location."

"Experience on 25 Sep called at 5:58 because the store is incorrectly marked on Google maps. Also let them know that I was coming in to return an item should be a quick translation. Arrived at store 5:59, employee literally ran across the store to close the door, needless to say I won't be coming here again"

"This is a kids only store. They have dresses/clothes for kids of almost all ages. The staff is courteous and offer great customer service. They do have a clearance section as well. The only downside is that they close by 6pm due to staff shortage. Overall a great store for kids."

"I love this store. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. My kiddo and I went in today to pick up 2 of our orders. And as always the store looked great. There are so many clothes to choose from. It is the first time, my little one went into a store, since the covid pandemic began. He was so excited. They were fast and quick with our checkout.
