"Manager and the cashier working on 12/15/23@4:20 had to be on drugs because I asked them to give me a refund in cash when I paid in cash it said I paid with a visa for $100 and my refund was $69. I told them I would like cash they denied me and disregarded and cut me off while I was talking sat there said they’ll give me the cash after having me use my card to “verify” so I did upon manager request. When I asked to now process It for cash she sat there and said since I returned something when I purchased previous items which was false and I showed her the receipt again. She tells me nothing she can do. I’d my money is not returned Ross is stealing from customers"

"This is the second time that we come to this store, and both times they have been rude and super racist, one of the times the lady that was cashier told us that she wouldn’t charge us because it was already late and she had to go home, we had like $500 on clothes and it wasn’t even time to close, and there were more people buying things, so why she couldn’t charge us??? But she still would charge other costumers, We have money too, and tonight this 3 ladies that I think were the managers or something like that, told me that the store was already close and I had to leave, it was 10:40 and they said “you can’t be here”, but the store closes at 11, and there was more people buying stuff and this 3 ladies didn’t say anything to them just to me and my friends i don’t know if it is because we are Mexicans but they were racist to us. Honestly, this is the worst Ross location, If I could, I will give them 0 stars. It is just so disappointing that racist is still happening nowadays!!"

"They are slowly restocking and there’s a decent selection. Masks required to enter, and they are keeping track of how many people are in the store at a time. There are indicators on the floor for which way to walk through the aisles, but no one really follows them. Max capacity 174."
