"This place is horrible they asked me if I have a rewards I told them no then she ask me if I wanted to open a rewards points I said ok, then I signed up then when finished it was a credit card store rewards points..I told her I don't want a credit card store. why you didn't explain it to me what was the rewards points for! She said she forgot. You should get a first warning written -up for not explaining to the all customer. I'll never come back here again it's a bootleg clothing store and it's messy this place"

"Kenya was the best! She made sure we got the best deals in store and even directed me their section with 75% off. Thanks to her we saved a couple bucks! Kenya & Andrea are very hardworking they were stuck refolding lots of clothing people went thru like a hurricane. Thanks girls!"

"This was my first experience at The Children's Place and I was very impressed! They had a wide selection of clothes and great prices. The sales associate was very friendly, and I was impressed with her cleaning the counter after every costumer. The only downside is that the location is very small and crammed. It was difficult to search for the sizes of hanging items since so much product was hung up and the tag was hung inside the product. The narrow aisles made passing other costumers while maintaining space impossible."

"I was at this location today. There were 2 cashiers, both helping the same person and one person at the front of the store talking with friends. There was a family of 5 making a mess. The store was a disaster. I would bet that more things were on the floor than hung up. The tables that should have been folded had mountains of ‘stuff’ on them. I made my way to the back of the store trying very hard not to step on anything and immediately walked out. There is no way anyone could actually shop in this store. If there was a way to put zero stars on this rating, that’s what I would do. I will not return."

"This place is the worst! I went in 4 days after Christmas and it looked like a hurricane hit the store. It's usually pretty disorganized and disheveled but this was beyond words. I don't know if the customers are the culprits or if the mess should be blamed on the manager. The condition made it impossible to shop and I was turned off by the trash and piles of clothing on the floor, who wants to buy from a business that looks like this?? There are waaaaay too many clothes and racks squeezed into the small retail space, they definitely need to upgrade to a bigger space because it must be a fire hazard as you can barely walk through the aisles. The store usually always has a long line and only 1-3 people working. The manager needs to hire more workers to keep this store looking nice and service the customers at the same time. Up until now I have not written a review but this sent me over, especially when I walked next door to Gymboree and it was immaculate. No excuses!! This location needs a huge makeover, quick and I'm going to blame poor management/ownership on the items I've highlighted above. Please transform this location to better serve your customers, that is if you want to keep them."
