"Create an account if you intend to return or exchange. An original receipt is insufficient. I was not informed prior to purchase and this is not posted on the return policy sign. Upon trying to return, the store owner told me it's implied that an account must be created in order to receive store credit or exchange. There is no physical gift card option. I was given the option to resell at ~30% of the purchase price, however, an account plus ID also must be created to sell, in case items were stolen and the store will hand over your information to law enforcement."
