"I visited the Canada Goose store at South Coast Plaza with the intention of purchasing a jacket for my upcoming trip to Alaska. However, the experience was far from pleasant. The store’s security was unnecessarily rude, restricting our entry despite the store having minimal customer occupancy, with around 8 customers inside. Once inside, the overbearing staff behavior continued. Every time we showed interest in a jacket, staff members hovered over us, impatiently waiting to put items back the moment we finished examining them. This created an uncomfortable and rushed shopping environment, completely opposite to the customer-centric experience one would expect from a high-end brand like Canada Goose. In the end, I left the store without making a purchase. The unwelcoming and intrusive behavior of the staff and security completely deterred me from buying what I initially came for. This experience has significantly tainted my view of Canada Goose, and I would think twice before visiting or recommending this store to anyone."

"As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with friendly staff. Oscar showed us variety of jackets and we ended up getting a nice one for my wife. They have a chilled room that cools down to 15F so you can test how warm the jackets are. Oscar took his time with us. No rush and provided great customer service."

Without Mar's assistance, I don't think I would've walked out the store feeling confident on our purchase! If you're looking for the last coat you'll ever buy (with an exceptional life-time warranty) and have ANY questions, walk into this Canada Goose store and ask for Mar!"
