"I ordered a hoodie from them, which they sent the wrong size in and when I emailed them about it they were receptive and we agreed on a a size exchange. Mind you this was during holiday season and it was a gift.However, after they got the hoodie back they refunded me my money and ghosted me when I asked them what had happened to our agreement. I have reached out to their social media, phone number, and email with no success. Please don’t order from them online, and I can’t imagine what in person customer service would be like."
