"I have had some good experiences here, but all it takes is one important issue to change my perspective. It’s ok, but they do not train their employees properly. I was told multiple times on two phone calls that they would order and install a specific battery for my older phone. I patiently waited and called back when they told me to and I get told that none of what I was told is going to happen and it was probably their new employee that gave me the incorrect information... you don’t say? So the fact that I talked to different people that all told me the same thing as well as people agreeing in the background just shows the poor training that these employees receive. I always appreciate having my time wasted, especially from places where I have spent hundreds of dollars… shape up"
