"I love this crowded, over stocked store, but there is ALWAYS a long line, and usually too few cashiers! But today, FRIDAY, the store was CLOSED for "inventory"! Who closes during open hours for inventory? Absolutely ridiculous!!!"

There was one cashier work while 3 other employees were standing by while chit-chating. Very disappointing how this store has gone down hill."

I been to many other locations but not have seen this much decorative HomeGoods items that Brentwood location cared. Definitely recommend visiting this location. Their clearance section also very valuable they have a lot of markdown items were very good condition. I have personally purchase some item for living room."
