"I usually don’t write reviews but my experience here was so awful. Got my iPhone screen repaired in October the first time for $80. Came back less than a month later to repair it AGAIN (first of all the screens they use are cheap & damage easily—you’ll see what I mean) the bill was slightly higher than the last..in the moment that was fine, I really needed my phone fixed so I paid. Less than 2 months later I come back AGAIN! The worker tried to charge me $130! I went to the mall and got it fixed for $80 and I haven’t had phone problems since! Long story short: there are no fixed prices for phone repair. You get whatever the price is that day depending on the employee. I won’t bring my business here again or recommend to anyone I know. P.S beware of the shady worker with the oversized Rolex watch."
"Call three times to confirm they had iPhone 6 batteries cause I wanted a battery replacement they said yes I went in they said they’re going to charge me $35 to look at the phone and I said well it needs a battery I already called Apple he said well it’s 35 for me to look at it it could be other things I said no it’s an old phone I just need a battery he said it could be the charger I said no the charger is already replaced I left it there I came back and hour later he said everything‘s fine I said so you put the new battery and he said no it’s fine I watched YouTube for 45 minutes I said the battery is draining fast Apple said it needed replace it he said well come back tomorrow I’ll swap it out I said So you didn’t swap it out and he said no I don’t have a battery In stock.. I said I purposely called three times and you told me you had it in stock. I said give me my money back this is ridiculous. Both times I was in the store he also didn’t wear a face mask"
"My kid got locked out of their iPhone and we couldn’t restore the phone due to other issues. I called SmartTech and they got us in right away. When I handed over the phone we also noticed the screen had a crack in it (of course) and they offered to fix that also. The price was fair and they gave a discount for doing both. They were super friendly and easy to do business with. When I picked the phone up 2 hours later they put on a nice glass protector as well. I will definitely return if we have any more tech needs. Great business!"
"I went in to have my I phone 8 screen fixed and it was fixed in 20 mins at a very reasonable price. When I left I noticed my camera, while in reverse mode, was still blurry. When I asked what this meant, the employee explained what it was and cleaned the camera complimentary. I appreciated that so much; wonderful customer service. I will go back if need be."
"Horrible, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced for some cracks. It wasn’t bad enough to warrant it fixing, but my husband was insistent. 1. I called ahead to inquire about the repair: did they have the parts, how much etc. a young, unprofessional kid who sounded very distracted and unmotivated assured me that I would be satisfied after paying an exorbitant fee 2. When I asked about what product I would be receiving, the young kid broke into classic, condescending mansplaining. I simply wanted to know what screen they were using and he would not give me an answer. I would have no way of knowing what sort of quality I would have to live with after a laughable, 90 day ‘warranty’ 2. Against all my instincts, I decided to leave my phone with a different, more respectful person 3. They gave me a 30 day window for their work and called my husband after 20 min only to tell us that they did not have the right screen (after being assured that they did and after I saw the more respectful man pull out several screens from the drawer) 4. When I came to pick it up there was significant damage done to my phone and I was berated by the young punk. The more respectful man ‘promised’ me that he did not remove the screen, even though I saw him working before I left. I asked for a glass screen protector so that I did not cut myself on my screen before I had it fixed elsewhere and they gave it to me after telling me they would rather not serve me and accused me of inventing my story. Looking back, I wished I would have asked to look at the security footage with them, but to what end? I would NEVER recommend ANYONE going there. Rude. Disrespectful. Dishonest. Horrible work."
