"This place is always stocked. I like coming here if I am in the area. The fitting room is available to try on merchandise but must request it with an employee. Prices are reasonable, place is tidy and organized and they carry many cool top notch brands. Lots of parking."

"Big5 is one of the last decent sporting goods stores standing, with a spine I might add. Some will get it. With limited staff this day, the person running checkout kept on top of getting me help for an item that was not on the sales floor and had to be pulled from the "stockroom." Mostly good shopping experiences here. Hang in there and stand strong Big5!"

"Looks like they're waaay understaffed at this Big 5 location. It was hard to find what I was looking for too. Still 4 stars because it was clear the workers were doing their absolute best."

"I checked on-line to see the hours of operation and when they would be closing. It was just this last Monday (Labor Day) and I was surprised to see that they were open and that they closed at 8:30p Well I commute pretty much by Bus, BART and the Train. But also by my bike and I had to be there within 15 min. There was no available routes to get me there in time except for me just to go into BEAST MODE and GET IT!!!! WELL I GOT THERE and lights were on and the door was open. I was able to get in and get what I needed and was just so thankful and appreciative for the staff taking care of their customers."
