"I have purchased in different Ross for so many times, including this location. But today, at this time, the cashier is very impolite, we just like to pay with two different cards, she seemed unwilling and even rolled her eyes in front of us! ! Should complain her!!!"

"I love the prices and Ross has so many items from shoes to home essentials like dish sets and even pet accessories but I didn't get anything because of the line. I tried to wait out the line since I had items I wanted to buy but it's like a Disneyland Ride with the 45 min wait sign. I refuse to spend more time in line then shopping. For this reason I dropped the items I wanted to buy and left again. I've done this the last 3 times I went in the store."
