"They have the rudest stuff in jewelry section! Recently I choose an amethyst jewelry set and as it was very expensive wanted to see them in person before buying it. After waiting for long time, the staffs got to see it but the staffs were very rude. I thought it might be a busy day and they are tired. As one of my family member liked the jewelry I went to buy that same set again, and the same thing happened there were not much customers that day but the staff there was rude as hell. They are nice with the customers with different race, but behave completely different with us! It was my birthday and it ruined my whole day. Never ever gonna buy from this Macy, I wish I record them both the time."

"Quite a smaller Macy’s compared to other locations, not many choices, but they still have at least 3 levels and one basement. Located in Hillsdale Shopping Center, near the entrance so it’s easily accessible. I often buy toys for my little ones here, but when it comes to my own shopping, I often can’t find my preference, so I usually shop for myself in the one at Westfield Valley Fair."
