Paul Smith does not seem to be a luxury brand in its quality nor customer service. And I highly recommend you do not visit this location. I bought some polos at 50% off (sales season) and one of their home collection ceramics. The price is more affordable but the design is superb. Highly recommend it for the urban gent!"
