"Only giving this 1 extra star since the customer service rep (Kiara) was excellent. They have a ludicrous policy where they don’t let you try on their “fashion items” after you’ve tried on one piece of clothing (polos in my case) and expect you to speculate how the other shirts/polos are going to look on you without being able to try them on. I’ve been to the Bonobos store on Santana Row multiple times & I’ve never had to deal with this bizarre policy (nor any of the other retail stores tbh). Definitely ruined my experience, defeats the purpose of shopping in-person, if they don’t let you try on clothes before buying them."

He was able to quickly narrow down what sizes would fit me best, brought out the sizes for me to try and even suggested going up or down based on the fit.
