Carven was worried about shipping me a single replacement part in case the fitment was wrong, so they sent me a whole replacement cat-back. "I ordered an exhaust kit and I specifically asked how long to expect before the item would ship. The rep said 4-6 weeks. Not bad. 7 weeks go by and no response nothing. I reach out again and they say oh this item is back ordered do you have an order number. Oh it will ship out in 1-2 weeks for sure. On the 12th week waiting I was ready to cancel and I should have but didn’t. It eventually shipped. Install was easy but the sound is no good. The drone at all speeds is unreasonable. When i reached out to ask about the drone, the response was along the lines of “what did you expect it’s a exhaust dump” great customer service. As others have mentioned no return even if you just had it running at idle. The rep said no I can’t take it back. But our stuff is always backordered so you can just sell it on Facebook marketplace or something. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company. You get what you pay for … this was a complete rip off."
