"Made an appointment with Paul at JBM to take my F150 in for a ReadyLIFT leveling kit installation, including an alignment and headlight adjustment. JBM Offroad is definently the place to go for quality customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and a wide range of Offroad products. Both Paul and Mark handle the front office and oversight and are top notch at what they do. Stellar customer service. I was told by Paul that after about 1000 miles to bring it back for a check torque on hardware and overall alignment. Joel was the technician who installed the lift kit, handled the alignment, and adjusted my headlights. The shop is very clean and professional, as is the office and waiting area. I was told the truck would be ready at 2:30 pm and it was ready at 2 10 pm. Great service, people, products, and experience. Highly recommended for all of your offroad needs. 35 minutes from Mission Viejo in Corona off the 91 near the 71. A one-stop shop!"

"Highly recommend!!! These guys did excellent work on my 2019 4Runner and made great recommendations for the future as well. Wonderful customer service from the beginning, fair pricing, and genuine knowledge and expertise. They will have our business for years. We’d had difficulty finding a shop that could work on my car and truly know what they’re doing. My husband did all of the install but we were noticing something was off with it with respect to the alignment. Having my husband out of service when I went made me a little nervous about being able to understand and pass along the message of what was done/needed to be done correctly. Mark was awesome and pulled up the computer screen, drew me drawings, showed me on my car, and explained everything with such detail it took me less than a minute to explain it to my husband and I felt like I gained the knowledge necessary to truly understand as well.
