"I have used Pep Boys for auto maintenance for years. Other than 1 hiccup a few years ago in scheduling, they have been great. The work is done in a timely manner and I have not had any issues with the work."

"Made an appointment for 6 pm on their app. When I arrived the counter man said they don't take appointments after 4 pm. Said the app doesn't work. Set an appointment for 3 days later at 3:30. Arrived early. Counter man said I am up next in a few minutes. After an hour, I asked for my keys back. He said his tech was finishing up and he was just about to call me. He apologized, but at this point, didn't care. Should have went to a quick lube service. Never again pep boys. What a joke."

"My sister took her car there because it was closest place in the area. She was having electrical issues, they said she needed battery $194 and Alternator $192... I looked over the invoice and noticed they charged her $158 an hr labor, plus a fee for changing the battery etc... By the time they were fished with her the total for a new battery and alternator was $670 something. I feel that's a little high and probably about $50 over what it should have been. The parts are quality, so no complaints about that, just over priced labor charges. If I ever need mine done, I'll purchase the parts and have a more reasonable shop due the labor instalation... She's a woman and didn't feel like she had any other choice and don't live in that area so I couldn't help her. If your alright paying out $158 per hr for labor, then it's worth it to you and like I said, the quality was good."

"I had a great experience at Pep Boys. The service manager Joe was extremely helpful. Joe went out of his way to accommodate my needs and was able to find the best fit for my pick up truck in regards to purchasing four new tires. The service was quickly completed and the workmanship was excellent. I would recommend this Pep Boys location to anyone due to the high standard of customer care and appreciation. I plan on buying tires in the future from this location based on the quality service and workmanship."

"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID GOING THERE!!!! this place is a joke, they play with people’s lives as they don’t know what they’re doing. I had a full brake job front and rear done, pads and rooters. I was changed $1200. When I received the car and took it to work the next day,, I was driving on suddenly no brakes, I almost got into a car accident and had to go over the side walk to avoid the car in front of me. I finally was able to stop due to going o. The side walk. I immediately notice a pile of oil on the ground with brake parts on the ground as well. I immediately notice the caliber is hanging off the wheel. I call Pep Boys and they won’t even offer me a tow service, I had to tow my truck on my own expense. They fixed the issue (they say) but I have no trust in them and they won’t refund my money back. I almost got into a car accident and they won’t even refund my money for almost causing me and someone else to get into a huge accident. No regards for human life. Please see pictures and video. Avoid this place at all cost."
