"2 stars because of terrible customer service. I believe the product is awesome. In my case, I bought the anti- rock seat bar though the local offroad store. The store stated that the sway bar would ship directly from the manufacturer. I waited 2 months for the sway bar only to find out during install that they packed the wrong threaded rod end on the passenger side. I wrote to Rock Jock customer service and explained the issue. The service representative said that I needed to contact the store where I bought it to do a warranty return. Now this might be normal but in my opinion the manufacturer could have just sent me the correct rod end and solved the problem. So I contacted the store where I purchased it. They agreed that it could have been solved better. I sent numerous pictures of the rod end and the chipped powder coating from there packing. And now we wait. What ever happened to the good companies that backed there product and owned up to mistakes if they happen."
