"Ice cream is great but lacks the service I expect from a retailer. They were pretty busy with one worker. While I waited two other workers came in and didn't have the decency to help out, just shuffled into the back room. There were many times at the school I worked at when I didn't even put my purse down but started helping parents at the front counter."

"The two gentlemen working there were very nice. I had a craving for a carmel apple and asked if they could make something with a similar taste and I was not disappointed! Hubby's ice cream turned out great as well. It's a great place to go for a treat after dinner."

"Negative! That’s the vibe of this location. My family and I visited this location twice within a two week period. Issue with same girl who’s “been with the company a few years” you walk in and just don’t feel welcome, no smiles no greeting no friendly anything. They take your order like you’re bothering them. The product/ice cream is good, it is delicious ice cream. Very disappointing customer service though. Should be a fun experience, if you don’t like your job don’t make everyone else miserable with you. Get some new employees or train them better on what type of atmosphere they should have in there."

"This is our favorite late night guilty pleasure joint. The ice cream being delicious is a given, but the staff is awesome. Always friendly and punctual. Normally I am allergic to lines of more than 3 people, but I make an exception for this location because of how fast they move folks through. Good location too, in Santee Trolley Square, next to Starbucks. Parking is always available."
