"I was extremely disappointed in my experience with my interaction at Starbucks. I’m a local and always come to this Starbucks but this time, when I went to pay, the cashier seemed very anxious and irritated with me and when I asked to speak with the manager, she said she was the manager and asked me to leave the store. I will not be shopping at Vons anymore due to this interaction between me and the manager. She would not give her name as she was being very rude."

"I’m am in disbelief with my experience today!!! I came in right not at 9:27am and Alex was the cashier. I asked for a ham egg and cheese croissant she very rudely responded we don’t have that! I didn’t said do you guys have the ham and cheese croissantShe goes no we don’t have no type of croissant sandwiches So I say well I would just take a regular ham n cheese croissant She takes my order as you walk away to look around and when I come back I say I would like a second Croissant she says OK well I would definitely have to charge you again and I look at her and say of course I don’t expect it free and she says oh good! Of course I will not return here again, but still feel someone should know about ALEX"
