"Rude shop owner, clueless about cars and customer service, they will rip you off. Plenty of other mechanics to chose from around here. Came here a couple of times for quotes on some work. Took them 30 minutes the first time just to figure out what kind of car I had, and after 10 minutes on the phone they did not seem confident about ordering the right parts for the problem I had with my car. I ended up buying the parts myself and took them over to have them install it. This time spoke with the shop owner. The owner was busy on the computer but came across as very rude. I stood around for 10 minutes while he finished up. Then the shop owner came out and quoted me triple the price as the initial quote for install. I responded by saying the his computer system said it is only a 1 hour job but the owner blew that off. The owner also told me I didn’t need 1/2 of the parts I brought in to replace my belts and pulleys. In the end the initial quote of $300+ for labor alone was too high so I did the work myself and it took me an hour and a half, one of the easiest jobs. I did end up using all the parts and the problem I had with the car went away and so I’m not sure why this shop owner was so confident in saying I didn’t need them. Glad I did work myself!"
