"I don't know if AutoZone trained their people to be nice or they are naturally nice workers. In comparison to O'Reilly workers who are rude and ignore you and give you the wrong oil filter. Auto zone is great and charge your battery free of charge even if not their battery. Good job!"

I hate to have any of my employees go to buy or pick up part's and have to deal with such rude behavior. Has no customer skills. Not only touching and huging another employee in front of customers. Jayleen was extremely helpful and understanding. He explained things thoroughly and helped me figure out the very minor thing my car needed. I really appreciated the way he handled things. "I stopped by this Autozone location with my dad to get him new wiper blades for his car. I don't come to this location because it's usually hard to get out of the lot onto Woodman. But since this one is near our house and my dad wanted to come to this store, we went. I thought they would be low on wiper blades because the storm is coming tomorrow but they were mostly stock. They were busy when we came here but it wasn't so bad. They had 3 people working the paying station so it made things go by faster. I found the wiper blades I needed and I asked the person helping me to verify that I got the right size. They don't have a lot of parking spots here as well so just be aware of that."
