"I’m a new customer for Preferred Auto and having been with my prior shop for 18 years was a little nervous about working with and trusting a new shop but I’m pleased to report that I had a great experience. The shop did a comprehensive inspection of my car and provided me with a detailed report that was easy to understand. I spoke with the owner Mark and his daughter Crista asking a lot of questions and they were both very helpful in helping me understand what needed to be done and why. Both excellent communicators. After having some work done on my car (new brakes and engine mounts) I drove the car away and was amazed at how smooth the ride is now. I trust the competency of this shop and will be bringing my car back in the future. Additional - I had another issue present with my car after getting the brakes replaced (an issue with the ABS sensor light). Mark and his office staff really went the extra mile to address the issue. Their customer service and professionalism are outstanding. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a new place to take your car."

If the technician discovers that less work is needed, they will call you with a new lower estimate , validating their integrity. "Mark and his crew are very honest mechanics. My son's older model Lexus had some electrical issues with the battery. They corrected the issue and did a thorough exam of the vehicle. It certainly needs some additional work, due to the age of the car, but no pressure here. I am taking care of what I feel is best for the safety of my son, but I will definitely NOT hesitate to bring his car back for the other repairs. The ladies up front were super helpful too.
