"You know I was last minute shopping for Halloween costumes bc the two I ordered on Amazon were too small. I am haunted by the covid 20's and need the XL size. Party city actually had quite a few costumes and even for those of us who love food too much. Lol very happy I ordered it online and was able to pick it up. They only had the XXL size but I made it work. Now I can eat more candy at oogie boogie bash!"
"Absolutely horrible customer service by the manager. I understand some returns can be refused, but you can show some empathy and have a little bit more compassion and not have such an attitude. This is not the first time this has happened, that I feel compelled to leave a review. I absolutely do not recommend this location. I will be taking my party and Halloween shopping elsewhere."
