"I will not use them again. They showed up and quickly found the problem with our Bosch dishwasher was a clogged drain. Despite the fact that it works perfectly after the drainage issue was fixed, the technician wanted to order and install a new control panel board for an additional $330. A pure money grab!!"
"Called set up an appointment yesterday between 1-4 pm never showed up. I called them never returned my calls. Was relying on them to fix my washer. Now I have to look for someone else to come. Waste of time you can at least call and say you can’t make it or reschedule but don’t even call or return calls. Very unprofessional"
