"The pictures look so delicious on their website. I was so excited for sushi tonight. Ordering is easy online but you get there and it’s a mess to pick up. Food was late to arrive so I had to sit in the waiting area and listen to insanely loud instructions blasted over an intercom. Food finally comes out and it looks nothing like what’s pictured. Complete disappointment. I feel like I was bamboozled with what was boxed up for me. I had to check the menu again to make sure I even got the correct order. For a $60 meal for a couple rolls, a seaweed salad and an order of nigiri, I’d go elsewhere next time. Rolls are very inconsistent on filler vs meat. Filler being their obvious choice to load up the rolls. Absolutely zero spice. How does this picture of what I receive even leave the kitchen? Just a heads up, this isn’t a restaurant, it’s a to go only ghost kitchen with no customer service. Seaweed salad was the only positive to the meal. To the owner: you seriously see no difference in those 2 rolls besides no cucumber? Haha. I have no issue with the size of the roll. And I won’t even argue about the wait, since those pictures pass as acceptable for you."
