"Management is a joke. Followed me around the store as if I was shoplifting and called a security check right after asking if I need help. Once I was at the register the curly haired employee came and stood next to me and the woman who had been following me peaked into my purse. I have shopped at this store many times and never had an issue and never gave a reason to profile me. I have never stolen anything and was casually shopping like anyone else.. I would have bought more if they hadn't made me so uncomfortable."

"Why does Hobby lobby mark up their products and then say they’re 50% off? This is misleading and extremely unreal, because nobody would ever pay their full price, it’s a marketing ploy designed to make you think that you’re getting a good deal at their store. I went to the Santa Maria store yesterday and it was a complete zoo and the lighting in store is horrible. The lines were super long. I understand it’s Holiday time but I didn’t get approached by anyone for any help. I thought that’s why people came to Hobby Lobby, for their customer service and unique products. Apparently not so much. I went to Michael’s next door and bought everything that I needed and it was a much better experience and I saved a whole bunch of money!"
