"I used to really like the one that was in the Pismo Beach outlets the store in Santa Maria is so so my problem is with customer service and online ordering I have never had a issue before till now I order 3 jackets online I'm pretty sure the price was a glitch and they cancel my order I called them they said it was because my payment did not go through so I called pay pal they said it was pending and they haven't pulled the money but it was there so I call them back and I told them I think you don't wanna honor the price they said no it's not that just give us another credit card and we will do the transaction again at the same price so I did and she said everything was OK and 2 hours later again an email stating that the order was canceled when it is showing pending on my credit card statement I also called them and they said the funds were available this is ridiculous I'm going to call them again and see what excuses they give me. OK so I just called them they said now that the items are no longer in stock and that It's a glitch because I also told them now it's showing on their website that the jackets are $26.99 not $12 she then said they are trying to fix the problem but unfortunately they no longer had the items that even if I ordered them at $26.99 that the order would be canceled she is full of it so I just hung up on her"
