"I shopped at the Santa Maria over a month ago. And your sales representative Mary went over and beyond assisting me. She was very helpful to help me find what I was looking for. It seemed everything she was trying to do to help me was giving her a hard time but she kept on and when it looked like she could not help me she called for her manager to help. "Warehouse got Labor Day weekend sale order wrong. Going to Santa Maria to return part of order was good. Helpful staff understood what needed to be done and took care of me. "The shopping was fine but the check out was not. It's funny because I very seldom look at my receipts but when I got to my car I did and found that I was charged twice for an item. So I went back in and when I told the cashier she seemed to already know she did that. She refunded me on the item that she rang up twice. I guess she was either charging me extra for fun or to lazy to correct her error. Since then I've had great shopping experience here and very good service!"
