"This was my first visit to this Costco Tire Center for a tire rotation, on a Saturday morning. It was a disappointing experience. I asked about how long it would take when I handle over the car key and was informed that it would take 2.5 hours at least during the weekend, a wait time I've never encountered at other Costco Tire Centers where the usual time ranged from one to one and a half hours which were also during weekend. I had to cancel the service because I don’t want to spend 2.5 hours shopping and waiting in Costco. I also inquired about the average wait time on weekdays or less business days, and was told they couldn't provide that information until I arrived, which wasn't very helpful. I wouldn't recommend visiting this tire center on weekends. Maybe in a year or two, I'll give it another shot and gather another data point. I'll update in the review if the turnaround time is acceptable then."

"Worst Customer Service ever. I purchased the tire at the New Park Costco center last Wednesday. They had ordered the tire as it was not in stock and promised to give me a call once it is ready (either Thursday or Friday). But after waiting the whole weekend, there was no call from them, and I tried to reach out the whole Saturday, but no one answered the phone. I am not going to use this Costco ever again."
