"Mr Moe is great, but got different answers from his staff, when took the car there. Pricing too high for repair work. Place usually busy, so a full day thing, personal rental car would be needed"

"I have been keeping the lifetime alignment at Firestone for almost all of my cars I ever had. And this is the worst experience so far. As usual, I did the routine tire alignment and rotation in this store last weekend. I felt very disappointed as they didn't check the tire spec before doing the work. Caused they rotated the rear tires (22 inch) with the front tires (20 inch), causing huge noise when I drive the car out. I had to return the car and waste another night and trip to come pick the car up on the second day. Funny thing is when I say "this is a big mistake", the store denies this is their problem, and say "yeah, but not our mistake, it's the mistake Tesla made by making the tire size different", I got speechless. Also because of the tire difference in the front and back, the store told me I can never rotate the tires on this car, not even from left to right. However, I have been going to this store for rotation and spend the money >5 times, in this case, I am really confused and wonder what has this store being doing to my car in the past?? Is it the tire cannot be rotated but they still charged me, or they wrongly rotated them and damaged my car? The stored said "I have no idea what we did in the past"."

"Great Service All the time. Though the service engineer worked on the tire and did not notice any problem, he did not charge any money even for inspection. That was kind of a great thing. In my opinion, minimal charge of $10 may be appropriate for their effort."

"I got my work done but noticed over 10 miles driven on my vehicle. And with tire and brake replacement you don't need to test drive it. Also I brought my vehicle in before they opened at 7. I had to call them after 2 o clock and not hearing from them then they said the car was complete. I would recommend that you sit with your vehicle for any work or don't come. Also when asked about needing to replace my rotors, they told me they were fine, but on the diagnostic report it says that it is recommended which would've save time and money. Why would replace brakes but not recommend the rotors?? Don't recommend coming period."

"If I could I would give a negative zero. I setup an appointment online and when I went in they said I didn't have an appointment and could not assist me. I showed them my email confirmation and said they could not assist me and to come back in a few days. Not a sorry nothing. Then went back a few days later. I picked up my car and the alignment was worse than before. They actually said that it was normal and it was fine. Then I went to the Fremont one and it was fixed. Most recently my husband for some reason went back after I told him what happened. He picked up his car and it is running worse than it did before. The car is shaking now and alignment is worse. They were supposed to do the alignment and balance the tires which was clearly not done. You go there and you will have more problems than you went there to have fixed. Recommend the Fremont location."
